A proud Perth local, Bonnie Raynor is a dynamic sports journalist and presenter with a deep passion for storytelling. She began her career at Fox Sports News in Sydney before returning home to Perth, where she built an impressive portfolio with the WACA, Cricket Australia, TAB Radio, and The West Australian.

Since joining Nine Perth in 2021, Bonnie has thrived as a sports reporter, presenter, and producer, bringing fans closer to the athletes and moments that define Australian sport. A West Coast Eagles member since age two, she was on the ground at the MCG covering their 2018 premiership victory. A self-confessed football and cricket fanatic, Bonnie’s ability to capture the heart of sport and share the stories behind the athletes makes her an engaging and charismatic MC, ready to bring energy and insight to any event.

Founder, The Darcy Effect

A passionate advocate for rural health and education, Kate Mitchell is the founder of The Darcy Effect, an initiative dedicated to bridging the gaps in regional communities through the power of positive relationships.

Growing up in Hyden, Kate developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by rural Australians. This commitment was reinforced by a life-changing experience when her youngest son, Darcy, nearly lost his life—a moment that shaped her mission to drive meaningful change.

With over 15 years of experience in teaching and leadership across metropolitan and regional Western Australia, Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Social Science degrees in Youth, Health, and Physical Activity. Now based in the Great Southern region, she continues her work to ensure every child, family, and community has access to the support they need.
